What types of payments are available?

MULTIBANCO REFERENCE

With the Multibanco payment method, a Multibanco reference will be generated that can be paid at any Multibanco ATM or online bank, using the “Payment of services” option.

NOTE: With this payment method, Arte das Mãos will be notified automatically after making the payment. It is not necessary to send proof of payment.

References are valid for 48 hours, after which you must send proof of payment.

BANK TRANSFER

When making a bank transfer, our IBAN and NIB will be indicated after making the purchase to proceed with the respective payment.

NOTE: With this payment method, Arte das Mãos will not be notified automatically after making the payment. You must send proof of payment to geral@artedasmaos.com. The order will only be processed after the amount is in our account.

PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD

With the Paypal payment method, you will be redirected to the Paypal website where you can pay for your purchase. Your card details are never made available to our company. You can use your credit card without needing to have a Paypal account.

NOTE: With this payment method, Arte das Mãos will be notified automatically after making the payment. It is not necessary to send proof of payment.

You need to have the APP installed on your mobile phone.

The MBWay online payment system is generated automatically. If you were unable to make the payment, go to your customer area / select your order / and click where it says “pay order” and choose mbway again. If this step does not work, you will need to select another payment method or place a new order. Find out more here
